Main Offer Details
Stanvee Services India Limited provides customers with two nights of hotel accommodation for two adults and two children under 5 years old sharing one room without an extra bed.
Eligibility & Validity
This scheme applies exclusively to Stanvee Services India Limited customers. The offer excludes courier costs, travel, transportation, incidentals, applicable taxes on other charges, additional accommodation, and other hotel facilities.
Booking Requirements
Customers must submit required documents during redemption. A minimum of 21 days' notice before preferred travel dates is mandatory, measured from when the Redemption cell receives the booking request.
Blackout Periods
Certain dates are unavailable: Hill stations and pilgrimages (May 1–June 30, December 20–January 5); deserts, beaches, national parks, and international destinations (December 1–January 20). Additionally, bookings are restricted for 2 days before and after long weekends, national holidays, and festivals like Diwali and Independence Day.
Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable
The Claim / Booking Request form cannot be sold, redeemed for cash, gifted or transferred. No cash alternatives exist.
Booking Confirmation Process
For bookings within 20–30 days, confirmation arrives within 7 days. Hotel names are provided 3 days before check-in via SMS and email.
Amendment & Cancellation Policy
No changes are permitted after confirmation. Non-attendance forfeits the booking with no replacement offered.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes fall under Bhilwara court jurisdiction with arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by the company.
